Our Policies

Delivery Area:
Our delivery area currently includes the following areas in Ohio: Cuyahoga, Medina, Lake, Lorain and Summit Counties.  A delivery fee may apply outside Medina Counties. If your county is not mentioned, please give us a call to discuss 866 655 5867 x 2.

Rental Agreement/Safety Rules/Operating Instructions:
Upon making your reservation, you will receive an email with an attachment containing a copy of our "Rental Agreement, Release and Assumption of Risks" and "Safety Rules & Operating Instructions". Please read over these documents and feel free to contact us via phone or email if you have any questions. On the day of your event, our driver will have a copy of these documents and will need your signature at that time.  A cleaning fee of $ 50.00 will apply if unit requires excessive cleaning!

Rain/Weather Policy:
If rain or high winds are in the forecast for the day of your event, you may cancel as late as the morning of the event prior to us leaving our warehouse and your deposit will be refunded.  For any other reason then weather related issues, your deposit is forfeited.  

Deposits:
A $50 deposit per unit is required at the time the order is placed. The deposit is refunded only if inclement weather the day of the event.  (Commercial venues will 25% of the total invoice)

Methods of Payment:
MasterCard, Visa and Discover for residential customers. A company checks from a business, religious organizations & schools. We no longer accept personal checks.

Sales Tax:
Applicable state sales tax will be added to all sales unless a tax exempt number is provided.

Rental Periods:
We will install your unit in the morning and pick up that evening in order to ready them for the next day.  If your event requires other arrangements please call so we may accommodate your request at our discretion. Rental period is 8 hours from the time we deliver. If you need a longer period, please arrange prior to delivery.  Additional charges will apply..

Refer-a-Friend Program:
Receive a $30 discount on your next rental for each paying customer that you refer to us. Be sure your friend(s) mentions that they were referred by you when they make their reservation(s). There is no limit to the number of discounts you can receive and they can be used on the same rental.

Yard Requirements:
The surface on which we set up the inflatable must be flat (no more than 8 inches of slope over a distance of 15 feet) and clear of any sharp objects, such as sticks and rocks, as well as pet droppings. There should be no low hanging tree branches or power lines overhead. Driveways (or streets for block parties) are fine, let us know ahead of time so we bring sand bags instead of stakes to secure the inflatable.  A trip charge will apply if we need to arrange for alternate set up after leaving our warehouse.

Electrical Requirements:
State of Ohio requires a dedicated 20-amp circuit breaker properly installed by a certified electrician to continuously run the blower that keeps the inflatable inflated.  Maximum cord length is 75 feet from the outlet to the blower.
